EACH DONATION COUNTS
Your donations reserve the right to tax deduction on income equalling 66 % of the amount, which is limited to 20% of your taxable income.
If your net taxable asset is lower than 1,3 Billion €, you are not subject to ISF.
In case you are subject to ISF, your donations may be charged up to 75 % of
the paid amount in the limit of 50 000 €.
This reduction in tax is concerning the cash-donations as well as the gift of full ownership admitted according to the trade-regulations in the French or foreign countries On request, a special fiscal receipt will be sent to you.
